I ordered the seat to the western US and it came from the Netherlands. It arrived within a few days. Quality is great, setup is easy, and it is highly adjustable. I just wish there were a way to modify the angle of the steering wheel.

The chair is very good. But it should have a support to place the hotas between the legs. We all have to modify the chair to place the hotas. You can see it on the internet. For the price of the chair you should have it.

In december heb ik de “Playseat L33T PlayStation” gekocht, helaas heb ik de aankoop toen gedaan bij De Kijkshop, omdat hij op dat moment even niet leverbaar was bij de Playseatstore.nl Nou is er een klein dingetje defect, daarom heb ik diverse mails naar De Kijkshop gestuurd, maar die reageren niet, en zijn onbereikbaar. Dus heb ik een mail gestuurd naar de Playseatstore zelf, en binnen een half uur kreeg ik een mail terug!!! Dat op zich vind ik al een compliment waard. Ze vonden het heel vervelend voor mij, en begrepen het probleem. Het nieuwe onderdeel word opgestuurd, en zelfs daar heb ik net al een mail van ontvangen.... Ongelofelijk wat een service!!!! Ik ben echt zeer tevreden, hoe ik te woord ben gestaan via de mail, en hoe er begrip is getoond. Ik kan dit bedrijf aan een ieder aanraden!!!!

Great customer service. Item arrived on time. User guide easy to navigate to complete the installation process. Great item to have and you will get the feeling of driving a race car while using project car playseat. You could adjust the mount for the steering wheel (horizontally and vertically) and as well the paddles can be move forward ( away from the seat) or move closer to the seat depends on your height. I will recommend this item to anyone who enjoys racing games.

I would have given 5 stars because my experience has been very good, but the seat that I ordered, which your website showed as available, apparently was not available. So I ended up having to get a different one, which I really didn't like but I had already given you my money, so, I thought i had better just pick a different one. I think once it is sold, it should be removed from the website. I appreciate that you sent me an email stating that it was sold out and to pick a different one. Luckily you had a link in the email which made the switch quick and smooth. Shipping seems to be taking like 7 or 8 Days which is a bummer. Overall it was a 4 out of 5 star experience. Because you were quick on the response when the issue arose, I would definitely shop here again. Peace
