The Play seat that I purchased from the Play Seat Store is the "Air Force" model. It was shipped quickly and packed double boxed in a factory box and a outer shipping box. The seat arrived with in a week without delay or damage. Unboxing the product was strait forward and the seat its self was already assembled with the exception of the seat legs, adjustable peripheral side mount tables and the pedestal yoke mount. I did need to to remove the locking leveler on the yoke mount to side it on to the pedestal. Once I fit it to the pedestal I reinstalled the leveler and it works without issue. There are 4 size's of Hex head screws used in the assembly and the kit contained 3 Hex keys. Two of the keys worked on 3 types of the hex head but the third key fit nothing in the kit. I had to use my own tool for the remaining screw . The final product is what I hoped for and the overall quality is great. Except for the the two small issues I have talked about, I'm pleased with my purchase.

When I ordered a Playseat Formula Red last week I received an email from one of your employees named Jesse. He was emailing me to let me that the seat I ordered was now available in a new color red and that is was not available for viewing online yet. He described the seat to see if I wanted the newer model instead. I really appreciated that email to inform me of a newer model. Who wants an old model? I am sure many businesses would just have sold you the old inventory without informing you of a newer model available. Tell Jesse, thank you so much! And give him a raise!

Certain piece sont pas parfaitement droite ou aoors pendant la livraison on bougé ensuite la peinture noir saute en vissant les vis de serrage je trouve ca dommage mais sinon je le recommande fortement

Wonderful Company I've had the playseat evolution alcantara for about 8 months now and it has been great, went together very easily, doesnt squeak or move about. I recently ordered the gearshift holder pro, and when it arrived a piece was missing. I sent an email to Support in the middle of the night, and woke up to an email notifying me that a replacement for the missing piece was on it's way.

I am so happy with my playseat evolution. It was easy to set up and is realt high quality. I also went for the seat slider and shifter mount and mat. Couldn't be happier with my purchases. I needed to call support to sort some payment stuff that I wasn't clear about and they were so helpful and actually the lad I spoke with was really funny. So all around great experience dealing with them. Oh and my seat arived pretty quickly. I 😁👍👍👍

I am absolutely thrilled with the F1 seat 👌🏻 Workmanship, stability and seating comfort! Adjustment options are very good and also very stable because almost nothing wobbles ... which is a real problem with other seats! The F1 feeling comes across very well ... and even if the race lasts longer you lie very comfortably in it! Can recommend the seat to anyone who wants a high quality and very comfortable race seat

I had originally purchased the Playseat with B&H in the USA (a reseller). It was backordered 2-4 months. After more than 4 months I was told the item was still backordered. (I DON'T BELIEVE THEY ORDER IT) I cancelled the B&H order and emailed Playseat directly to let them know my exhaustive waiting situation for a playseat formula. In 4 emails back and forth in 2 hours, on A Saturday morning, I bought the playseat (black) thru a link they sent to my personal email. I have never been more excited, waiting for my playseat to arrive in just one week thru FedEx ground economy. The seat will be at my doorstep in 4 more days. I have nothing but positive experiences with my contact at playseat.com, and would like to thank Hans personally for his professionalism and quick help.
