Rachel made the whole experience fun and informative. I’ve been attending CPR and medical emergency training for over 10 years and always find the course to be quite humiliating when it comes to the practical side of it, Rachel was the first trainer to make it not like that at all. I would highly recommend her and hope that we have her for the training next year.

Hannah carried out our medical emergency training, legionella, COSHH & manual handling training yesterday. It was delivered with confidence & the practical was great as we could practice with the adrenaline into the pads she had.also practice if a patient was choking on the new padded jacket she had.thank you for the great training yesterday.we have already booked for next years training.

Did only 2 orders with them and paid online. 2 years after I keep receiving reminders :,,Good afternoon, I am writing in relation to your account SBSXXXXXXX, the due date for your October 2023 balance was 21st November 2023, (or prior for balances predating 10/2023) and as such is now overdue...... '' I Sent over 5 emails, I keep calling to them and I receiving empty promises somebody will call back. Finally answer comes as they didn't had stock so THEY split my parcel I suppose to pay for second postage. Is a joke. BTW... even if that was clear is not my fault I still receive this reminders. THEY DONT REPLAY EMAILS. Pure scam I will lever ever order with dd group AND SHOP BEAUTIFUL !!!!

Supplied exactly what I asked for very quickly - though these are a little pricey for what they are. The No. 10 white Curaprox interdental brushes are not generallly available in local pharmacies unfortunately.

Disappointing start to our experience. Our order was delayed as our account was set up as pro forma for some reason even though we have been set up as part of a corporate company. There are also many things that we use that unavailable or just not stocked

Annual BLS and Medical Emergency Training - Hannah and Sam were fantastic. Kept it light, engaging, fun and interactive for the whole team, while teaching us everything we needed to know.
