I echo so many reviews on this page. I placed my name on the Concept2 waiting list for a RowERG and as they promised, I received a weekly update telling me how the waiting list was moving. Once I was top of the list, my link to buy was sent across and it was as simple as any other online transaction. Communication from C2 and their delivery partner (ArrowXL) was excellent and the device was delivered 30 minutes after they called to say they're 30 minutes away. When I ripped the box open (as you do), I found a very easy to use diagram, 8 Torx bolts, and a driver for them. Only criticism I'd make here is I'd like a spare sachet of locktite, as when you're a bit dribbley and excited, you may put things together upside down and strip the locktite off the screws. Now on to the machine itself. It's pro equipment, which means a bigger footprint. It's also better calibrated than my old rower, meaning that I'm doing nearer 5km than the 9km I thought I was regularly doing, so in that respect it's set me back a little, but it's a great machine and feels solid. The biggest struggle I have is finding the right drag factor to consistently hit slower stroke rates, but I'm two days in to ownership, so I'm sure I'll find a Shane Farmer video or two that sorts me out. Thank you for being what you say you'll be. It's easy to see why you've been the market leader for 30+ years.

Fantastic piece of equipment. Ordering was easy and it was delivered on time. Glad I got the stand! Much easier than fixing to the wall for someone who can't DIY.

Ordered a BikeErg in early November, knowing there would be a considerable wait. But wanted to buy at the proper price from Concept2, rather than pay an excessive amount to a sleazy scalper on an internet auction site. Received email each week keeping me informed of my progress up the waiting list. When time came I was sent a private link to make the purchase. Concept did not take funds until the BikeErg was dispatched, unlike some other suppliers who take payment at time of pre-order. The accessories I purchased (toe clips and water bottle holder) were very reasonably proiced. Delivery by Arrow XL worked very well. The BikeErg itself is an absolutely excellent bit of kit. Easy enough to complete assembly; and, set up the logbook and the ErgData app. Gives a good workout, and feels sturdy and safe. Really pleased with purchase. One of the accessories I ordered arrived broken, Concept2 replaced without fuss and it arrived within a couple of days. Great bit of kit, good customer service. I would highly recommend.

Late review: Ordered Model D indoor rower last year. Was put on a waiting list for about 3 months, which I had no problem with. Received weekly updates on the status and eventually, a private link to make the purchase. The order arrived pretty quickly after it was placed. The wait was well worth it!

Would highly recommend the Concept 2 Model D Rower. Not only do you get the rower but you can sign up to challenges online and download all your data to an online logbook via your app and the computer monitor on your rower. Concept 2 also send you daily workouts to your email. It’s an easy rower to store (you can split it in half easily) and a fantastic workout!

I ordered a BikeErg back in Sept 2020 but due to Covid lockdowns affecting production and exceptional demands my only option was to join a waiting list, which I had no problem in doing as I had fully expected delays. I received an email every week updating my status on the list and then earlier this month I hit the top of the list and I could place my order. I was emailed a private link to the shop and placed my order. Due to the pandemic the delivery was also a little longer than expected but no money was charged to my credit card until the product was actually dispatched. It arrived today (27Jan) and I was immediately impressed by how well the product was packed. As I unpacked the contents I could easily tell the construction was of a high quality. Even the fixings and provided tools were very good quality. Assembly was really simple, I managed it in a space only slightly bigger than the assembled bike itself. Connecting to my pc (I used an ANT dongle), the online log book, my phone, strava and zwift was also very simple and in no time at all I was on my first exercise routine. I am absolutely delighted with my BikeErg and would have no problem recommending Concept2 and their products to anyone. The delivery company they used, ArrowXL, were also superb.

Great company to deal with and excellent product. Was looking to buying a rower back in sept 2020. Due to events of 2020 my option was to join a concept2 waiting list. I was told how many weeks it would be and I would be sent a personal link when rowing machine was available. No money was taken when I was added to waiting list. Each week I was sent a status update by concept2 and early December I was provided the personal link to purchase item. Delivery was smooth and on time and product is excellent. Really great people to deal with.

The Concept 2 is hands down the best piece of cardio equipment. Fantastic build quality, full body workout, easy to split in half for storage. Lots of support from Concept 2 on their website. I use mine along with kettlebells at home and I am improving my fitness daily. Just buy one, you will not be dissapointed.

The Concept 2 Rower is what most professional rowers use for training off water, and the only rower that you will find in any decent gym. Provides an excellent all body workout and is low impact compared to say jogging. A brilliant piece of kit, well built and will last for years.

Just received my new concept 2 after a long wait due to Covid-19. They have been brilliant with their new stock updates and faultless with their service. I just hope people wait and don’t buy erg’s at an inflated price on gumtree!

We recently purchased a Concept2 Model E rowing machine. I have to say, it is incredible. Since our country is on lockdown, we couldn't go to the gym. This rowing machine is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

UPDATE: Jake has sorted out the issue and now a happy customer. Thank you Ordered the bike via Argos. Concept 2 arranged the delivery through Tuffnells which was a big mistake. The driver refused to carry the bike up to the address on the order and insisted he would leave it in the hallway unless he didn't get help. My partner who has a broken toe was then forced to assist the lazy driver to carry the bike with him. Now if we were receiving a discount to carry our own parcel then I would understand but this service is terrible, all concept 2 machines should be a 2 man delivery. Arrow Global was better at delivering our Concept 2 rower even though they have terrible reviews. Advice: If Concept 2 arrange delivery with Tuffnells for your purchase then ask them to pay you for it as you'll be doing Tuffnells job.

Ordered a new monitor at the weekend and delivered quicker than expected, great service as usual. Also asked some questions about the storage and usage of the monitor that were answered quickly by the Concept2 support team. Excellent service and support as usual.

I bought the Model D rowing machine based on many 5-star online reviews. I bought directly from Concept2. The very heavy (31kgs) package was delivered by Tuffnells who are a disaster and the worst courier service I have ever encountered. I saw the delivery driver arrive and expected him to bring the package up the communal open stairway to my second floor flat (already knowing that Tuffnells are not insured for their drivers to actually enter my property). He dumped the package onto the hard concrete floor at the entrance to the block. This burst open the package and broke up much of the expanded polystyrene surrounding the rower. The driver was suposed to get my signature for the goods which have a value of £872 but there was no delivery note and the tracking website showed that he had signed for the parcel himself (which is illegal). I could not take the parcel upstairs and my two neighbours (who are 82 and 91 years old and in poor health) could not assist. As I have not signed for the parcel it is still the property of Concept2 and in the care of the courier company Tuffnells. In signing for it the driver has in effect stolen the parcel. I have now seen CCTV footage from two different cameras. The picture quality is good enough to show that the driver had already removed the delivery note from the plastic envelope on the oustside of the package so clearly had no intention of knocking on my door. The footage shows him literally throwing the package from shoulder height onto the hard floor and then running to his vehicle and driving off very quickly. This footage and order and delivery details have now been passed on to Lewisham Police Station since the package has disappeared overnight. Concept2 should change the way it packs high-value heavy items (the cardboard box is very flimsy) and also find a more responsible courier to make its deliveries. I have been in contact with both Concept2 and Tuffnells but no action has yet been taken.

Bought a new indoor rower from them and it was delivered promptly. It was slightly damaged on receipt and was replaced immediately.

Bought my Concept2 model D indoor rower 5 years ago. With time the chain needed replacing, and some of the varnish came off etc. A quick email to customer services, and promptly received the required parts with detailed instructions (usually without a charge, even after 4 years!). The quality of the rower is exceptional and it has been a joy every time I have used it. I wish more companies would put such effort into perfecting their service!
