Took about 2 months for the install, which was agreed to for a discount to come when other jobs in my area were being done, but well worth the wait. Professionnel job and I could not be happier with the commercial pole and install job. Recomend 100%

After some discussion with me, and her Boss on a conference call, she identified the exact part needed (Flagpole topper, American Eagle, wings spread). The part was ordered, and cost a reasonable price. I returned to pick it up, and it will be installed on an Auditorium Flagpole in my old High School. Bravo Zulu!
