Italy | 30 December 2023My first winter with a ECOSY PANORAMIC 5kw multifuel and I am very satisfied. Mounted by ALBA firm of Dundee which also applied the flue in my old chimney, it delivers a great heat with reasonably small wood. I can only recommend it. Many similar stoves cost way more than this, but so far it's absolutely fine.

United Kingdom | 30 November 2022I have had my panoramic now for 3 years, the best thing I've ever bought. Clean fume free and it has changed my home into the cosiest place . Maintenance free, easy to light and sooo warm, I burn only kiln dried logs, perfect.

United Kingdom | 17 March 2022We've had an Ecosy+ panoramic 2 door 5 kw Woodburner for about a year now and it still fantastic. Loads of heat, simple and effective controls, easy to light. Very good value too, ie installed cost less than quotes we had for just the flue!

United Kingdom | 23 November 2018I have the ecosy panoramic stove. even after 10 fires it still smells of a chemical paint smell. i get a headache after 30 mins and sore eyes the smell is coming from the stove building inspector said it should have stopped by now. The fires have been hot as advised with lots of open windows. Its now 2 degrees outside and my family need the stove. the emails from the company seem to indicate I am at fault. I would not recommend ecosy as a company they do not seem helpful to me from the replys. Its almost as if the smell is toxic.

United Kingdom | 11 July 2017Ever heard of them, well they sell steel multifuel /woodburners to the trade! Had one fitted, carefully commissioned it, small kindling fires at first, then build up to "ease" the metal into accepting logs. Fitters told me I couldn,t burn house coal, as it burnt too hot, seemed a bit strange, so I tried, and tried and tried to contact them, 3 emails, carefully ignored.//. Simple questions really, what exactly can I burn in my multifuel woodburner, you,d think it was self explanatory really, as in multifuel, but after what the fitter told me, I thought I had better ask in case I invalidated the guarantee, I have heard of people burning their wooden pellet cat litter in them, and thought, what a good idea, I have 4 cats. and so,2nd question not having had a guarantee given to me, I thought I'd better ask about getting one. Forget it, if you don,t get a reply, this review is the last resort. 4out of 5 for the fire 1out of 5 for their non existent customer service. I will quote from their customer contact form "Once we receive your message we will respond as soon as possible" and what a load of tosh that was!!!!
