We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts if they’re used in a way that violates these terms or causes harm to the community.

4. Sharing Reviews and Other Content

You Own What You Write

The content you post — your reviews, comments, and ratings — is yours. You wrote it, you own it. However, by posting it on First Tier Reviews, you give us permission to show it on our site, use it in promotional material, or share it in other ways connected to what we do. 5. Businesses Can Talk Back — Respectfully

We allow business owners to respond publicly to reviews. We believe in two-way conversations — but just like users, businesses must follow our content rules. No insults. No intimidation. Just honest replies.

Note: We don’t fact-check every claim made in a review or a response. That’s part of being a public forum.

6. Keeping the Platform Clean

We take content quality seriously. Our team — sometimes with help from technology — may review posts, especially when they’re flagged by the community.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove reviews that break the rules

• Limit or block access to certain accounts

• Investigate reports of abuse or manipulation

That said, we can’t catch everything, and we’re not responsible for what users post. Please use your judgment when reading reviews.

7. What’s Ours Stays Ours

All logos, designs, platform features, and original content (except for user reviews) belong to First Tier Reviews or the people we work with. Please don’t copy, scrape, or reuse our stuff without permission.
