I ordered a lehenga choli but I didn't get it on time and there is no response even they are not picking the phone and now the number is switched off ...I want my money back

(उनका मालिक है शायद वोही बदतमीज़ी से बात करता है खुद.... कोई मी. अक्षित सिंह करके है...... मेरे पास कोल रेकोर्डिंग तो नहीं है..... मगर एक्सचेंज में से निकल के सुना जरुर सकता हु.... साबित भी आराम से कर सकता हु...... पर क्या करे हमने आगे ऐसा कुछ नहीं किया.... हम उनके जैसे नियत वाले नहीं है....... देखिये लिखने के लिए तो यहाँ लिमिट कम पद जाएगी..... पर आप समज रहे हो आखिर में क्या कहना चाहता हु.......

If I could, i would have given a negative star. They sent a wrong colour and replied to the complaint after 3 days. On request, they approved the exchange but did not provide any information about the exchange product. They ghosted all my contacts and i never received my exchanged product. They want me to send the wrong product on my expenses in order to be eligible for exchange. Where on earth does the return service work like that. Why do people start business if they cant bear the cost of exchanges and return. Worst place to buy anything.

Beware Its been 25days yet my order has not arrived.. when I'm asking for refund they are making excuses and giving all wrong contact number.. unprofessional to the core !!

I placed an order on ethenika.com in late July, but I haven't received my delivery yet. When I contacted them to complain, they informed me that my order is still being processed.

Beware guys, They are the worst company to buy cloths .I ordered the cloth from ethnika for my pre-wedding shoot on priority basis . They didn’t deliver the cloth for 23 days straight.I called them several time but no one picked up the call. I wrote them mail and got a reply that its been rerouted and if not delivered within 2 days they will refund my amount . Till 4 days no delivery is done and no mail is being replied. I received the product today and trust me the quality is worst , There service is pathetic and if u care for ur money plz don’t buy from ethnika. They are literally fraud . FRAUDS !!! WRONG ORDER DELIVERED ! VERY VERY POOR QUALITY MATERIAL, INCORRECT SIZE, VARIOUS PLACES EMBROIDERY MISSING WITHIN THE DESIGN. INSPITE OF 7 EMAILS NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP AND RESOLVE THE MATTER. I REGRET BUYING FROM THEM AND WOULD SUGGEST DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE CHEATERS !!!

Whenever I was watching Instragram, a set of Kurta popped up and it really looked nice. This happened quite a number of times but still, I resisted, but finally, I lost control and without checking the reviews I placed the order 3 days back. The order was delivered . A look at the packet itself pissed me off because the packet was so thin and very light no tag I then opened it to find that the material was pathetic, the color was different from what I ordered and the product was not at all worth the money I paid. Then I thought I should put a review so that others can be careful. While trying to post the review I saw many people with the same opinion as mine. I also found that return is not an easy process and not reply any mail Customer care number not working . Very bad service

Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to find an option to submit a return request on your website. Additionally, I have not been able to reach customer service by phone, as my calls go unanswered, and I have yet to receive any response to my emails. The dress I received is not only different from the picture displayed on your website but also arrived damaged (# 92555). This is extremely disappointing given the promise of "easy returns" and "24/7 customer service" highlighted on your site. Furthermore, there is no option to leave a review or rating on the website. I request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please provide me with a solution for returning the damaged item and a full refund. I expect a prompt response to rectify this situation.

This is a fraud buisness hs. I bought 3 dress material from it. It delivered only one and that too of a substand quality. It refused to take it back and issue a refund.Don't get cheated. Beware of this duplicate site

Order no. 92225. Size issue needed an exchange. The suit was too long for me. There was no description mentioned for the suit on the site. I requeated for exchange. They picked my suit but no mews on exchange. Doesn't answer calls. Do not respond to emails. I am left with no option but to take legal action. Cheating customers. Fraud company.
