The local delivery partner, Metropolitan Delivery Services, was terrible to work with. They had poor customer service and poor scheduling which delayed delivery by nearly 3 weeks.

I ended up not keeping the piece because it did not fit in my room, but HedgeApple was great. Quick service on both ends of the transaction. There is a small restocking fee which I knew about beforehand

The company was not able to get my product. But at least you notified me and refunded my money within 24 hours.

I’ve ordered this from HedgeApple twice with the same ridiculous result. Out of Stock. This time I get a email that the item is back in stock, order it immediately and find out immediately that it is out of stock. Both times they offer to keep my money for approximately a year. ABSURD. Are they just collecting credit card numbers?

Great table / Horrible delivery experience. Metropolitan Warehouse (the delivery company) made 3 attempts to deliver. This was ultimately successful but missed 3 appointments that they setup themselves. It took weeks. Unable to contact anybody who can help on the phone.

Good customer service

Great service, prompt shipping!

Sent wrong product and trying to return product took 3 days to get a response on what to do. Customer service should be able to have things returned without waiting 3 days for a warehouse to decide if they will take back an item that wasn't what I ordered. While they didn't want it sent back and did refund me, after 3 days, I wasn't impressed plus I'm stuck with a lamp I didn't want and have no intention of using. Not ideal.
