United States | 24 January 2025lose a piece and need to order a replacement and don't live in the Netherlands. I recently lost a spacer, so went to replace it, after a pretty thorough web search, I came to the conclusion that finding replacement parts for these pretty much only come from Bon4 directly. A new set of spacers is $24, which is fine, but the shipping charge is $24 as well. I know for a fact that FedEx isn't charging them that much money to ship a few tiny little metal rods to the US.

United States | 27 December 2024Outstanding experience from start to finish! The website was very detail oriented and made my key holder and I feel confident about buying the cage I did. We really liked the video and 360 degree imagery of the cage. The total attention to detail in every aspect of the cage is awesome! The Micro cage arrived quickly and in perfect condition. That saying "You get what you paid for" holds so true in this product. It may cost a bit more for than other cages but it was so worth it. To the entire Bon4 team/Management keep up the outstanding work your doing. You all are truly masters of your craft. Respectfully, Total satisfied caged customer
