I bought some Nielsen Frames for my art work and I needed some mounts to show them off dramatically. A brief discussion with Mary and the colour matched superbly. They were cut in a few minutes and I left with successful results.

I ordered two picture mounts just yesterday and quickly received and email saying they were ready for collection today. I booked online to pickup from Blackhall at 11:10, the mounts were ready and waiting on the front desk all wrapped Very efficient and friendly service and only around £14 for two perfect made-to-measure mounts and a Dip-dab (sherbet) thrown in to the bargain!

I have a few pictures that have been damaged in storage and during recent moves. The shop listened to what I required, did not attempt to upsell but made knowledgable and relevant suggestions and produced the finished results a week earlier than advised. Very satisfied with the pricing and service. They are not the cheapest framers in town but worth the prices charged for the quality service. This does not mean they are overpriced either, far from it. The end results are great. Once the next one is finished (delayed through my own fault insisting on a particular frame) they will be getting more to be reframed. Highly recommended.

Have it Framed have done a variety of jobs from custom printing to framing vellum and all to exception standards. I very much appreciated the time they took to discuss the requirements and explain the technical options to me.

Got an unframed print as a birthday gift. The (current COVID driven) appointment system worked well and there was sufficient time to discuss several alternative solutions; type of frame, colour, type of glass, etc. The price was reasonable and the timescales more than acceptable. Just picked it up today and they have done their usual professional job for me. Very pleased, and happy to recommend this small family business.

good service, well packaged, fast delivery, good image quality, The only thing I can think of to improve would be a postcard size print prior ( as a colour proof ) to full size printing. Good service I have no complaints at all.thanks a lot. Ron
