My daughter has absolutely loved her Kinderballet experience, so has her grandmother who takes her every week! Ms Cynthia has been a wonderful teacher for the little girls!

Kinderballet was the perfect introduction to ballet for my 3 year old twins. Classes are fun and the teachers are warm and supportive. After two terms they have already learnt so much! My husband and I are particularly impressed by how graceful their movements have become. Kinderballet has been wonderful for developing their confidence as well. One of my girls is particularly shy, but she skips into ballet class every week and participates with enthusiasm in all aspects of the class. They both say every single day that they want to go to ballet today! We look forward to another year of Kinderballet classes this year.

I liked the kinder ballet for a start into ballet. The songs were fun and my little girl loved class. The teachers were all lovely. It’s a great ballet class for a fun introduction to ballet. The only qualm I had was that it’s arranged in age groups so 2.5 to 3.5 years old and after spending so much time teaching the little ballerinas confidence in the mummy and me class to not need to hold onto mummy’s hand and to feel confident dancing solo, as soon as the new year began and the new intake of little ones came, the teacher started emphasising to hold onto mummy’s hand again and tailored it to the new younger students and it started to regress the current students who had been there for the past 6 months and undo all the hard work we had done. There is a big difference between 2.5 yr olds and 3.5yr olds. We transferred to another class in another area because our area didn’t offer the next age group class but it was inconvenient to get to the other class and then by the time they offered the class we needed and we paid for the term, she didn’t like to go to the class at all, it was a bit too much kicking around from one place to the other. I lost my money for term and we left kinder ballet and joined a dance school. The other thing was that the teacher changed quite a few times, the consistency was tough because the little ballerinas just got to know their teacher and then a new one would come. Positives though, It’s definitely a great way for the little ones to live their little “Emma” “ballerina” dreams out 😊. The other thing I liked was their end of year performance where they got medals and a costume. If I have another daughter I would still do the mummy and me class but after that I would transfer to a dance school.

A lovely no-fuss program that introduces components of classical ballet without the stresses. Our teacher, Miss Sophie, is amazing. She uses her patience and kindness to help each student achieve their beat.

My daughter Alice has been doing kinder ballet for 2.5 years and I’ve watched her blossom into a confident dancer and performer with two wonderful teachers- Laura and Maddy. The lessons are fun easy and taught in a safe and happy environment. Can’t wait for my son to learn too next term!

The experience was ok... I had my daughter enrolled in the mum’s and bubs. My daughter was engaged maybe 50% of the time. I think if the teacher needed a little more assertiveness and structure in her classes. Other than than I believe it could do well. Or maybe it just wasn’t for us...

Love the class as much as my daughter. Is fun for her and I can see how her skills improve (following instructions, relating to other girls, jumping and coordination).

Kinderballet fostered a love of dance in my daughter until she was school age and ready to take it to the next level. Miss Sophie was wonderful, how she managed so many unruly giggling ballerinas is beyond me 😂

My daughter and I were really disappointed with kinderballet. After two years of attending classes we were denied a spot the last term because the class was full. My daughter was so let down that she doesn’t want to go back anymore.

My daughter loves Kinderballet! She has completed 3 terms, and over that time she has shown an increase in confidence, independence and knowledge. We are very happy with her progress and her excitement about dancing.

My 3.5 year old loves attending Kinderballet each week. She started just before she turned 2 and finds it a lot fun. Not only has she been introduced to ballet, she’s made some friends along the way too.

Kinderballet provided interesting activity for my granddaughter from 18 mths to 3 and a half. We took her once a week and she loved going. You could see her maturing and becoming more independent while having fun. In the time she went to two different teachers due to a day change when she was with us. While there were similar tools and format the different reachers were able to have their own preferences to show through. Worthwhile exercise.

Fantastic! The actual classes, the teachers, the flexibility (ie one week daughter wears ballet clothes, nxt her Emma Wiggle tutu etc), the option to change class location if miss a class, the admin (very impressive the email reminders etc). Outstanding across all areas, have been so impressed.
