Canceled my order supposedly because item was never for sale, paid for in a usd account and charged doubled aed fee by bank to me. Emailed customer service and they told me no you didn't get charged lol. I have proof and they said lies and then stopped responding. Don't waste your time with this company only every issues with them!

Fast, reliable, top service

The product is exactly as described no issue there. However, it was delivered without any packaging not even in a plastic bag! The LV bag pouch fabric cover arrived dirty with black marks on it. It was very shocking to have something delivered not even protected with the minimum paper wrap or plastic bag. Updated review: After posting my review I received a call from The Bopf and the lady (I didn’t get her name) profusely apologized and asked for pics if it was not too much trouble. I sent the photos and she agreed the shipping dropped the ball on that one and apologiezed some more. She offered to have the dust bag collected and dry cleaned. It will be collected tomorrow. I did appreciate how quick they were to respond and the fact that they take full responsibility. They have a great customer service and are very quick to respond, well done! They definitely deserve a 5 stars rating. I will purchase from them again in the future. Thank you.

Expect the pictures to be very different from what you will receive….then someone at BOPF I spoke with online assured me I could send it back and then never provided me with any further help and stopped answering my questions about the return….unfortunate.

I was a bit angry that I had to pay an extra 148 euros, it’s a second hand dress… so very stupid I had to pay a 4th of the amount on taxes… furthermore good experience. Next time don’t send as purchase, but as something someone forgot…
