Purchased a football from avec, the ball kept deflating. Sent it back as per returns procedure after discussing it with sales team member Chris Hughes. The football was replaced and my postage return costs reimbursed in a very timely manner. Great professional service from chris. I judge a company on their after sales, chris and avec spot on. Identified a problem and it was sorted ASAP.

Excellent turn around - order received within 48 hours of ordering. Training kit is fantastic quality and will certainly be buying my next lot of kit from Avec!!!

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Due to an order on the website, my order duplicated and ended up ordering each item twice. I contacted the office to advise of the issue immediately and even though the call was during office hours [as per their website] the message on the phone said it was closed. I sent a web message advising of the situation and asked if they would rectify their mistake and send one of each item rather than 2, they did not reply and sent the order instead. A fortnight later I am yet to receive a reply. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered some bibs and just called in first thing in the morning to see if they were ready. the lad who helped me said that they weren't ready just yet as they needed to be scanned out. He said if you come with me and wait a minute or two I'll get the lads to do it now for you. absolutely brilliant. first class.

It was not explained to me when i ordered and payed that shipping to my country was not available, even though i could choose my country from the dropdown menu. So i had to get it delivered to a friend's address in the uk , then pay more money to get it posted directly to me. Ended up costing more than the product was worth. Very disappointed.
