This is worst online shopping site and sells old/repaired products. I had ordered SONY headphones and the seller sent me old product. Just by removing the headphones caps, there is a lot of just and even the caps were loose. Secondly upon removing caps, a tape was also pasted there which shows that it was an old/repaired product. Customer care kept delaying the matter and wants me to send the product back at my own cost.

Please do not buy any product from mozelo. It is wast of money.They are giving duplicate product. I have ordered Philips SHE1455WT/94 headphone (Order Number 43240) and i came damage. Beware of this website, Don't buy anything this website I have ordered mozela.in website online one Portronics POR-871 Sound Drum Bluetooth 4.2 Stereo Speaker 10W cash on delivery around cost Rs.1,749/-. Before delivering the product, the website company people called for verification and asked me you are ordered the product. After that they are sent to me the product via FedEx courier. I received the product and opened the packed product. I was shocked about the product completely old product and damaged item. Suddenly I wrote a mail to the company I have received a defective item I want to return the product and send me replace another one product or refund the money. They asked me send image of the product details. I sent the received product image. They didn't response again I called the customer care contact number. I don’t want keep the product in my hand. I want return the product. Then they asked the product serial number. I sent the product serial number which is present the box. After that they didn’t response again I called the customer care number (9265391309). There are many phone call conversation and they said that we will replace and refund. Finally the company people sent a mail (Through the images provided by you, it is confirmed that the speaker shown is a completely old and used product. This is not our product. It is not possible that in the company pack, there would be a speaker with such cracks and scratches. In this regards, your case for the replacement is denied from our side. Worst experience, I have ordered Sony MDR-EX15AP but I received Sony MDR-EX15LP with out packing , warranty card, earbuds, So i raised a compalint, They haven't processed for 1 week, after discussed in call, they replied that I have to send the product to them in courier then they will send another product to me.This process take 20 days. It already have be 12 days how can I wait another 20 days and who will take care of courier money. Please don't buy anymore It's like gambling if you got luck you will good product otherwise it's loss for you.

Had ordered a Saregama carvaan from mozelo. The product delivered was defective and did not play the 5000 songs installed in it by Saregama as advertised. On returning the product, they rejected my product by saying the serial number isn't the one on the box and the product is not the product which they had delivered. So I got cheated twice, first I got defective product and second they delivered wrong product and blaming it on me for not checking the serial number before opening the parcel. Worst customer experience in my entire life. If there is any solution by mozelo then let me know.
