Ashley, our main point of contact at the West Derby office was very efficient and reliable organising viewings and providing prompt feedback on them to us. Once we had offers coming in she helped us navigate those. Once we had accepted an offer she gave us guidance on the exchange and completion process. Keybanks is a relatively small and local operation and Neil Dentith the manager, who did the initial valuation of the property for us, was usually available as well. We had a couple of helpful meetings with him to discuss the marketing of our property. Sophie from the Tuebrook office was also very helpful with conducting some viewings for us and providing advice.

My elderly parents sold their home through keybank in Tuebrook Liverpool and I/we cannot thank them enough. Mum has dementia and dad is 81 caring for her and Sophie was instructed to deal with myself (also dealing with my parents nipping in and out) and we cannot thank her enough for her patience and tolerance and exceptional service. My parents house sold in a matter of days but there were some problems with them buying and sophie helped with things above what was required.
