as title suggests, its all about the customer service and experience with yiannimize. they upgraded the site and had a small issue with membership renewals ( instructions on the website on what to do ) . followed them, very easy and then got a text to advise due to the issues, email or text us ( yiannimize ) and we will credit your account with a site credit for the inconvenience. wow thats putting the customer first, thanks again for a great experience

I was very fortunate enough to have a surprise call from Yianni himself with the news I had won the Tag Hueur Formula 1 watch. Having only used 10 tickets I was shocked and overwhelmed I had won. This coupled with meeting the man himself after having been a fan for years was a great experience also! Such a nice down to earth guy. Goes to show anyone can with such a small amount of tickets too! Got to be in it to win it! Highly recommend if you can afford it, the membership price being returned in site credit x2 is what puts YC apart from other similar companies!

Amazing and professional experience. Was contacted by Lou to let me know of my win and requested my necessary Proof of ID. Play even chased me up as after two weeks I haven’t sent the details through to collect tomorrow prize winnings. That’s a company that goes the extra mile. I guess many of us always think of these things real because it’s never us. But you definitely have to be in it to win it.

It was a super amazing end to the week when I received a call from Yianni to let me know that I had won a competition! I was completely lost for words and couldn't believe it! I won a free competition with them on Instagram which was y- club membership for one month, £20 credit, and an item of merchandise. I only really entered as I knew my kids would love a piece of merch from yianni! Communication was brilliant, all the team that I spoke with were really friendly and professional.
