Charlene spent a great deal of time helping me locate the part and making sure it was suitable - all the time with a lovely friendly and efficient manner. It is a pity that all companies don’t treat customers with the respect and courtesy that Aqualux’s employees do. Thanks also to Richard who responded very quickly to my e mail.

United Kingdom | 06 August 2020We recently purchased an Aqualux offset quadrant shower screen, however when unpacking it noticed that both top and bottom extruded aluminium cills were damaged. We contacted Richard at Aqualux customer service and he literally couldn't have been more helpful, arranging for a complete replacement unit to be shipped out to us. We have purchased other Aqualux products in the past and really recommend them, fantastic quality and the back-up service is just brilliant. Top marks ***

United Kingdom | 16 July 2020We have had our Aqualux shower unit for about 6 years and the door seals had become discoloured so we looked around at various options that were available. Aqualux sell a pack with the right sizing so it was ordered, only to arrive with the packaging damaged and on inspection some of the plastic seals were damaged too. After a phone call to Charleen to explain the problem, she immediately dispatched a new pack which arrived the next day. No problems this time. Thanks for the courteous and prompt service.

United Kingdom | 09 July 2020Purchased two (Edge 8 Wet Room) Shower enclosures. First was fitted quite quickly and product was excellent quality. Unfortunately, development of second bathroom was delayed due to other building complications and when we came to fit the second shower enclosure the brace bar was missing from the pack. It is only when you have a problem that you find out the quality of the company that you are dealing with. Due to the delay in opening the box the retailer we purchased from said that they could not help as it needed to be reported within so many days of receipt, etc. However, when I followed up with Aqualux, they went above and beyond to source a replacement part and supply it. Very helpful, very professional. Exceptional customer service. Richard Hunt even phoned afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. I very rarely right reviews but can not recommend or praise this company highly enough. Very satisfied customer who will purchase more Aqualux products

Richard sent me a missing installation instruction sheet for a product I bought and stored a few years ago - tray new from Homebase and then the glass unused via Ebay, since Homebase had discontinued stocking the product. Richard also identified the product and carefully listed the parts/spares list for this in case anything was missing and to my surprise the footboard (missing from my eBay purchase) was still available and I have now ordered this from Aqualux. This is the second Aqualux walk-in shower enclosure I have installed, the first being at least 10 years ago and I cannot fault the product! The newer and bigger one, now called the Sapphire enclosure provides free and easy access and plenty of space. Even the older smaller version was extremely practical and sufficiently spacious when my daughter broke a leg and was still able to shower seated comfortably on a stool !! Thanks once again!!!!

He responded very quickly with the part identified for me. Supply of the part was resolved and the whole issue sorted within 24 hours. An excellent service to be proud of.
