After trying the cheap stuff from temu and wasting my money, I opted for these guys to try again. Window film arrived in a1 condition and extremely well packaged. Unfortunately mine had a manufacturing fault (line running through the film), but the guys had obviously noticed this and allowed me an extra 50% material to ensure this wasn't detrimental to my project. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. The film is excellent stuff, please don't waste your money on cheaper options elsewhere.

The ordering process was very simple and well laid out. The privacy film arrived promptly with clear easy to follow instructions. An economic way to convert clear glass into obscure glass with little time and effort.

From ordering the skylight film with house number on it, it was quick easy and delivered in a fab way. Emails easy to understand and shared info about delivery and company they use for delivering product. Well packaged and good instructions for installation. This is the second time we have used Purlfrost. We ordered the made to measure size but it turned up 2cm too narrow for the window (less than the width we ordered). We emailed Purlfrost and they sent out a replacement the next day which is the correct size. We have fitted it today and it is what we wanted. Good customer service sorting out the issue quickly so giving 5 star.

Fast delivery and good product

I am very impressed with the quality of the frosted house number window sticker I purchased from them. It was very straightforward installing the film following the clear instructions included with the film and using the pro tools I also purchased from them. My front door window now looks stylish, it looks we've had an expensive glass pane installed! I would definitely recommend this company to you if want film to decorate your window glass.

An extremely easy way to smarten up any window. A lot of different styles to choose from. Arrived quickly, and once I’d plucked up the courage to have a go, it was really easy to use. It did feel as though I had put too much water on, but it all worked out well and I’m really pleased with the result.
