Ordered plain frosted effect window film, watched the instructional video on the Web site 3 times and followed instructions and the result was excellent.

Used Purlfrost before and would use them again, simply because they're good. The order is always spot on to the millimeter and their designs are really attractive.

Customer service was 10/10 and A* so, so helpful and lovely. I have used their window films before - yonks ago and they have so many designs and colours to choose from. My first order arrived and I was thrown as the colour looked very different when still attached to the backing paper, then it does once it’s up and the light is shining through. I was told I could order samples of the colours which I hadn’t realised. I had ordered two batches and the second lot were the wrong size and colour - in fact they were the websites default settings. Knowing me it was mostly like user error and I was also rushing to get the order done before school run!?! But there were no questions asked, as soon as I emailed to ask about my order they just refunded me for that part of my order. They were so helpful and polite and it’s such an affordable way to create privacy while allowing light through some of our internal doors. Can’t recommend enough.

Very easy to use with excellent results

I followed the measuring instructions which required the ‘exact’ window dimensions. I received my film which had a heritage pattern but couldn’t use it because even though the film was the same dimensions I requested Purlfrost cut the film wonky. So the pattern was not straight. :(. So I have an expensive piece of film that is unusable?

We ordered our film pre-cut. We took it slowly and followed the clear written instructions as well as watching the helpful video. Two pairs of hands I’m sure made this quite fiddly job much easier but we’re very pleased with the result!
