I am having problems with your product It is not working!

I haven’t opened the box yet but customer service has been great so far answering all my questions during the ordering process.

HOW CAN SOMETHING SO EXPENSIVE ONLY LAST TWO YEARS?

Positive experience with my purchase. I purchased the photonic gel and wipes. The site was easy to use with product descriptions making my experience very positive.

Everything I tried has been flawless

BUYER BEWARE. TERRIBLE APP. DO NOT BUY. It’s a crime that a piece of hardware as expensive as this is paired with software that is utter trash and leaves you with a feeling that you wasted your money. NOTHING about this app is functional. Believe all the negative reviews. Wish I did. List of issues: * rarely pairs with device leaving you to fumble about making it work manually. * even if you manually enter sessions on the calendar they somehow end up on the wrong day * no way to delete sessions that were entered on the wrong day * “information” about menopause and women’s health is canned, trite and often - incorrect. Look. I’m about 3 weeks in using this thing and the jury is still out as to whether it works or not or it’s just a scam and all the positive reviews you hear are paid for by developers. But I find it hard to believe that this thing will actually deliver based on the fact that this company gave 0 f’s about the functionality of this app which is essential to its use.

Packaging is always beautiful, so by the time I unwrap my products, I am already excited to see what I received. The products are amazing, made for women, smell great, and rich in moisturizing . You can not get them anywhere else. They deffinetly work like a Miracle.

Good customer service with quick response time

Very disappointed to read that this device only lasts 2 years. That's a pretty heavy investment for ST use.

The packages arrived timely. The packages are bubbled envelopes in a rose gold... Very Chic! The products are boxed in pretty colors. The soap smells wonderful! Everything is sealed beautifully!

Not helpful and very expensive. Tried it several times. The items that come every month aren't very practical. I wish I could cancel.

I love having all the information in one place on the app. There are articles on aging, wellness, intimacy, vaginal health, and W general wellness. Their articles are short but informative on topics like hormones, vaginal cones/weights, prolapse, and the 'O shot"! This is to name a few. Have you read an article on the internet and then started seeing ads? This app helps you avoid those pesky pop-up ads when you are curious about information- yet you don't want to be flooded with ads. You can purchase wellness products as well, and they are beautifully packaged!

Received unit that did not work. Customer service was super helpful! Shipped new unit right away.

The wand works very well. I noticed a difference in sensitivity after about 2 weeks. By the end of each session I feel tingling and throbbing like there is an increase in blood flow. Hubby noticed tightening as well. The app is a bit buggy and doesn't mark each program that is completed. Overall I highly recommend to any women with bedroom issues. I only took off a point for the app because it will send you reminders that you haven't been completing session even when you are up to date.

Was not happy with the trash cans,very cheaply made! Did work from the first time I tried them!
