I ordered the wrong item by mistake and immediately canceled the order within 10 minutes of realizing it and was told I could not cancel as it was already getting ready to ship. I don't believe that is true, I never got a confirmation of the order yet. So, the item came, was directed to refuse the mail and my account would be credited once returned if unopened. Well, I did that, and still did not see a refund. Poor practice! I will never order from them again or refer them.

No one is responding to my emails, although they do seem to watch Trustpilot and are quick to respond to a less than glowing comment on here.
