I order stuff all the time online and other companies are able to deliver to my home, yet they can’t seem to get the package delivered and charge us a restocking fee for items that we never received. I contacted them to get a refund and I have still not gotten a refund. They said they have to wait for the items to be received back?! Who’s to say that will even happen? I never received the items and I don’t even know if they will issue any refund at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company.... and of course there was nothing wrong with the address even though they state there was. Completely dishonest on their part to charge someone and refuse to fix it.

I will have to rate Hargraves with Five stars. I like the ease of finding the products I need instead of going to the retailers and they sometimes have and others have not.
