Ordered vape liquids about 2 weeks ago (£20+ worth) tracking said it’d been delivered but it hadn’t . Checked with neighbours and they haven’t got it. Been in touch with head office twice and they have still not resolved it. I have been an electromist customer for many years and had multiple products delivered to this address without issue.

Ordered on Friday 27th delivered on Monday 30th. Nothing to complain about with that sort of service.

Fantastic vape shop in Chemsley Wood,Birmingham. Well stocked with everything you need clearly on sale with everything orderly and neatly arranged. If you need anything that isn’t in stock, the girls will do their best to get you what you need. Particularly love the Pear Drops and sweet shop favourites. Lovely flavours and really takes you back in time. Great juices that are a clean and effortless vape, giving you the hit you need. Shame the Blonde lady left the shop a while ago now. The current staff are nice enough, but she gave the extra personal touches to your requirements and had a fantastic and hilarious sense of humour. Keep up the good work Electro Mist👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻

Ordered 12th August and although I was told there was no stock after paying today 28th I have still not received order

Would not refund for a broken vape I purchased although I had receipt apparently need box aswel an absolute waste of money
