We bought a brautiful broach as a gift for my sister in law's 60th birthday. We were advised immediately that the team at Ellison Davies were about to go on holiday and I have to say that they pulled out all the stops to assist me. Not only sending the package to my sister in law and the receipt to me but offering to gift wrap it and to write a message. I bought it in the afternoon and had the receipt the following day by post and my sister in law received the gift the same day.
