London College of Professional Studies offered well structured learning environment, a supportive institution, yet enhance Independent learning. Tutors and administrative staffs likewise respond to students need without hesitation.

I had wrong thoughts but they have proven me wrong and I personally attended the college and met staff and they were all friendly, highly recommend this collage to everyone, please have a go at this collage as they are professional, haven't been to university before and completed but this collage stands out on every level.

Honestly I'm not satisfied about the support I've received. Anytime I needed help with an assignment, my supervisor didn't reply to me and everytime I've tried to contact them they didn't give me explanations or help me in anyway. Really bad experience!

I was able to get good feedback on my course work, but was unable to get reply back from my asigned course tutor when I need help on something I didn't understand via email. Overall I am ok with completing my course work,

I recommend LCPS to everyone because I’ve studied level 6 in information technology from there. All the faculty members and teachers are very supportive and corporative towards their students. It was the best experience. One of the best colleges to get educated. I would definitely recommend it.

Let me start by advising you not to trust any of the good fake reviews in here. See the last review from the person that said she was not feeling supported as well as other older reviews from people saying that their courses were never delivered. They will reply with fake responses to try to show to show to the rest of people that the person is wrong but I can tell you from my experience that they are lying. I signed up for my course in May 2020 as I needed to access the university in Liverpool. I was guaranteed a place there once I got the Diploma. The course was called Level 7 Diploma in Health Coach and Applied Nutrition. Upon signing up, I explained to them my needs and I was reassured several times that my course would be done by september and I would get the diploma by them. I uploaded all my assignments from the first day and before July but they were never marked. I chased them many times on their different email addresses and whatsapp number. Sometimes I was answered, other times I was just ignored. Some of the addresses seem to be fake as I was answered in July by someone called Pat who claimed to be the tutor but never replied again. This person ensured my diploma would be sent in July to the awarding body, however there was not even one assignment marked. Then I emailed the support address and as I said most of the time I was just ignored. I kept chasing them since July for my assignments, reminding them I needed this certificate to access the university in September. When answered, I was always given the same answer, that the assignments would be marked within 2 days, but never happened. I then kept chasing them and getting the same answer. They claimed to have a lot of tutors but it seems to be only 3 people running all the courses online and the same tutor for all of them. I opened a case with my credit card issuer to get a refund for this course. Up to that date, they had not yet marked half of my assignments. Unfortunately it was the middle of november already (I submitted them in July) and I could not gain access to the University anymore as the date was passed. This situation was really frustrating to me as I had to modify all my plans and try to access in September this coming year with no guarantees that I will be offered a place anymore. I asked them to give me a refund as they seemed not able to keep their word and they just ignored me and said again the same thing (they would mark them within 2 days) and nothing happened again. They have clearly violated their services to me and caused me a lot of pain especially in this pandemic situation. The last thing I need now is more uncertainty. Suddenly, after opening a refund process claim with my credit card issuer, all the assignments that were not marked have been claimed as plagiarism, what a joke. Mysteriously the rest that were marked before the claimed are fine but the ones that were not marked are plagiarism all of them. I have pictures to prove all this process and I even have my assignments to prove there is no plagiarism in them, I even have my Capstone project before and after the modifications that the teacher asked me to do. Anyone really interested in this please feel free to contact me to request the pictures and I will show them to you. I am going to publish this review everywhere else. At the moment I am in the middle of the process for a refund with my credit card issuer as they won't refund me.

The staff was very supportive and I was able to to finish the course on time. The price was very reasonable for my course which is Health And Social Care Diploma Level 5. Over all a good experience and qualification achieved.
