You know when you are hiring professionals. We were looking to provide a little daytime privacy, but mostly eliminate glare and reduce UV to help protect our furniture. Alex and Laura were punctual, professional, informative, and friendly. The process and options were explained clearly to me. I had no follow up questions. The installation was done in a day, 28 windows, 16 of which I would consider large. With the exception of the change of how light came through the windows, you couldn't tell they had been there. Happy, very happy with the result.

Alex and crew were on time, knowledgeable, professional, and clean. Their preparation and installation of the window film was meticulous and well thought out. They brought all their tools/equipment and cleaned the work area thoroughly when installation was complete. We appreciated the cleaning tips they left to aid in future maintenance of the film. We couldn’t be any happier with the job the Therma Shield team did tinting our 3 upper windows. We wanted to reduce heat and glare and still keep our view, but we had concerns about whether tinting was the best option. After researching and many conversations with Alex at Therma Shield we decided to have it done. This family owned business did an amazing job tinting our three living room windows! They have integrity and great workmanship. We appreciated how they protected our hard wood floors and furniture while working on the job. They are very thorough and have great communication skills. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if we need other windows tinted.

The whole family is polite, & professional. To see the difference once the first window was done I had to add a few more windows to the work. WE love the privacy and the cooler interior. We went with a dark tint for added privacy, it improved our view outside making the colors pop and it did not over darken our interior.

When we moved into our Spokane home in 2018 we did our research for adding solar window treatments to our windows. We selected Therma Shield Solar Control based on reviews. Alex and Laura were very accomodating and easy to work with. They did an exceptional job of installing the window film to our large windows and explained the care and maintenance to us. When we recently had to replace a large picture window in the front of the house I reached out to them again and they again did an excellent installation job for us. I highly recommend them if you want a window treatment solution that provides energy efficiency as well as great privacy (you can see out but no one can see into your home). I will definitely use them again if I have more window replacements:)

Alex does a great job from the bid to final installation. Everything is custom for the job. He presented the options and gave us the pros and cons and let us make the choice. They do a great job communicating about what they need to complete the work. They come on time and get the job done in within the given perimeters. Great to work with.
