WOW... After many years of deliberation I'd finally bit the bullet and chose TRU Hair. From always wearing a cap now to getting my hair back. The whole team in this process had made me feel so welcome and I'd certainly recommend TRU Hair anytime. Kat was truly wonderful with the styling and a good laugh too.

Excellent experience with the team at Tru Hair. I was shocked by how good the colour match was, Rachel did a fantastic job. The system was fitted by Trent, who was professional, down to earth, shared his experience and journey. Since having the system, I have so much more confidence, I cant stop looking at my reflection. Trent is great, he listens to what you want, talks through his suggestions and makes it work exactly how you want it to. The finish he gives is fantastic. It’s all about the finishing touches - and he is very good

Had the best fade I have ever had from Trent. The attention to detail is second to none. Plenty of banter and chat while having maintenance. It is the second time I was booked with Trent and it feels like I have known him for years. All the team at truhair is great but Trent is a great asset to your team and I am hoping to get haircuts from him for years to come

Had an amazing experience with Rob for my first ever hair system fitting due to chemotherapy. Really knowledgeable, kind, friendly and really took the time to understand what I needed and why. Would highly recommend!

Trent was really welcoming and helped me with the design I wanted. Any questions I asked he answered straight away. Gave one of the best skin fades I’ve ever had.

From before my fitting date, the whole team were very helpful, talking me through the process. On the fitting day, Rob was great, done an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. Very glad I found Truhair, I will be using them for a very long time to come.

Excellent service. Customer service was fantastic from the start, helping me choose the right hair replacement system and then arranging a fitting at a time to suit. Rob did my hair and I can't praise him enough, he is an asset to the company. I was unsure whether to go through with my hair replacement system after not such a great experience the first time around and I'm so glad I did now and with Tru Hair. Rob put me at ease straight away and took his time in ensuring I had my hair the way I wanted it and answering any queries I had along the way. Today was my first booking with Rob & tru hair after changing from a different company. The whole team were very welcoming , I was a little nervous due to changing and not sure what to expect with a new system from someone else being fitted but Rob done a fantastic job, I’m very happy with it. They have different methods to others which I’m looking forward to seeing how things go with those over the next few weeks. So far so good , I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a hair system to contact tru hair, their knowledge is massive, very helpful and are there to answer all your questions. Great people. Can't recommend unfortunately. After trying a few well known companies like Lordhair and lavivid I thought I'd give a UK company a go as it would arrive quicker but oh boy what a mistake. Firstly the hair system itself arrived very poorly packed, it comes in a jiffy bag so it's not in fish net or box or any sort of packaging to keep the system in good condition. It's the system on its own in a jiffy bag. That was the first negative point and ok I can deal with that but the system itself is of low quality. It's shedding like crazy and I've only had it less than a week. Also the cost is just ridiculous compared to other companies. Like double the price. Was refused the option to return too as I had it custom made yet website says can return for 50% refund on custom made systems so yes I won't be using these again and can't recommend unfortunately
