Great Products and speedy delivery

I ordered 2 items, one of which is no longer available from wholesaler. A "youcancaravan" member of staff, Gavin Pearson, took the trouble to ring me, then promptly refunded the cost of the non-available item. I haven't had that sort of service before, well done!
