Safe and easy transaction

Called to collect Isabella windbreak Staff were at lunch so difficult to get immediate advice as to where the windbreak was. Shop was unattended. Finally was advised by someone in the new caravan area so everything became clear. At least we know where it is and where to get in!

Ordered on line, money taken from my account, a week later I rang them when nothing had arrived apparently online orders are done from a different address so they didn't know where my order was! Checked my bank and I'd had a refund!! No explanation, no apology! Now I haven't got time to order elsewhere before my holiday next week.

I ordered a camping chair as a present for my husband and when it didn't arrive I enquired and found out that it had been discontinued ! They had already taken my money! Ordered a couple of small items inline without realising due to CoVid they weren’t posting out at that time. Got a lovely email from Katy giving me options and she very kindly agreed to pack and post my order to me. True as their word, combining postage too, my ordered was delivered very quickly. At the time of my order the business was only able to provide a click and collect service, living in Portsmouth this facility was not available to me. However the staff bent over backwards to complete my order and arrange a delivery to here in the south. Order placed and goods recieved within 2 days.
