I had to chase for delivery in a timely fashion and then was made to feel like I was asking too much because it was 'raining and I wouldn't need it", then I was asked to chose between waiting anther 10 days or ruining someones holiday, honestly these are not questions a customer who has spent £6,000 should be asked ever

Buying battery powered tools for outside can be challenging, particularly if you are looking for a solution that is good for the environment. Specifically, given that lithium will become scarce with increasing demand, I was looking for a range of tools (professional chainsaw, pole saw etc) that all use the same battery pack/charger. The staff at ToolsToday were so helpful in finding the solution that met my needs. They also helped with the procurement and dealt with queries and delivery cost etc. All in all, fantastic customer service.
