I had not used Tools Today before but they had the item I wanted at a very keen price and it was ‘In Stock’. I placed the order around midday and incredibly the goods were delivered early afternoon the next day. Such great service, smooth easy transaction with no problems. Thanks will definitely use again.

Good price for the product.

The order was promptly dispatched but the hedge trimmer attachment did not work. We took it to our local repair shop (a Mountfield dealer) who discovered the shaft in the drive was seized up probably due to extended storage. He was able to resolve the problem 9without charge) but we were inconvenienced by what happened and without help we would have been stuck.
