I ordered a bundle including polo's sweatshirts, fleece and shell jacket. I phoned before ordering as I was concerned about sizing and was told the sizes where as advertised. The small polo's where fine but the sweatshirts are too tight so disappointed with that. The fleece is so thin its not suitable for winter use. The jacket is fine and good quality. The logo is also good no issues their but half the order is not suitable because of the issues above. I left a message on the chat option but have had no response. Having paid £132.00 for my first order I am disappointed with the goods supplied.

Ordered a couple of bundles, some of the embroidery was "wonky" and one of the jackets arrived with a tear in the back. Emailed Craftkings about it and never had a response. Would not use again.

Having recently gone self-employed, I ordered a workwear bundle through Craft Kings Ltd having seen an advert on Facebook. The bundles looked great value and incorporated everything I needed to get started, t-shirts, polos, fleece, gilet, sweatshirt, hoody and waterproof jacket with a free logo added. I added a beanie hat and a couple of long sleeve t-shirts as well, as again they were very good value. It all arrived yesterday and I'm absolutely thrilled. The logo looks great and the quality of the products is really good. I was worried a little about the sizing when ordering as being online you obviously can't try things on, but I followed the sizing guide and it's all spot on. I'm particularly impressed with the waterproof jacket which feels really hard-wearing. I wouldn't hesitate to both order from this company again and recommend it to others. Thank you Craft Kings.

I have used this company for my workwear before in the past and thought that they were fantastic. This time I have found that the time for delivery was very long, the quality of the embroidering is very poor, they have not responded to my email of complaint and I have been unable to reach them by phone. I have refrained from using the garments (which are very good quality) in hope to return them, but in a position where I will have to start using them. I am very disappointed! What a waste of money and time!

Placed my order, sent the artwork for the logo, and Craftkings took over, Job done ✔️ Great communication throughout. 👏 and the finished garments are spot on 👌. I'll definitely be back!
