Australia | 30 April 2024Shocking customer service. Delivered quickly, but product didn't work as advertised. Requested return - which was within their 7 day 'satisfaction' guarantee, but they didn't accept that there could be an issue. Implied we didn't set up correctly. All set ups are correct as confirmed with the hardware specialist from our point of sale provider. They suggested return to place of purchase. Waste of time and money.

Slow, rude customer service and were not able to help us sort the problem out. All we wanted was an exchange or refund but no, we had to contact some third party in Sydney. Lodged a dispute ...what a waste of time and money. Very unnecessary. Sad when we could have been a great customer. Very short sighted.
