It took awhile to get the loan processed, a day and a half, but it's a busy time of the month so it's understandable. I spoke to staff at the store after applying on the phone and both of them were very polite and tried their best to assist me. Sunny was very helpful & courteous on the phone finalizing my loan. He told everything I needed to know and made sure I understood. Great staff and got the loan in the amount I was looking for.
