United States | 17 March 2022Thought I phoned Alaska Airlines to change a flight. Agent was helpful, but not only charged me $125 but wanted me to sign an emailed document (Docu-sign). I refused. Found out company was NOT Alaska, who eliminated change fees.

I was able to strike the lowest fare for my trip to London on their website whereas the rest of the companies were offering a much higher price . I’am definitely impressed with their customer service & without a go Kudos to Sylvester ( friendly,professionally individual) . Will definitely retain their services & will certainly refer them to my dear ones . Thanks
