WOW!! This is an understatment at how amazing the Kensington photography team is. My husband and I want a massive shout out to Mick, he was truly fantastic we hardly noticed him during the day and that shows in the incredible moments he captured on our day we missed on. Mick truly injected us with his excitement of photography and it was truly a pleasure tp work with him. I cant say anything other than they are amazing, great communication before the wedding, comprehensive service, the free pre wedding guide was really helpful. Our photographer Martin was amazing, he was flexible, calm, professional and clearly had good experience. We were so pleased with what he captured and are over the moon with our photos!

I won some money off the Platinum Package via a Facebook offer. The package included a lot (lots of prints, a USB stick, a good user-friendly website) which felt like we'd be getting good value for money. It was good to have the central point of contact - Jason was very available and he always answered messages/emails/phone calls promptly. One of the major selling points was the photography planner - this was beautifully presented and quite interesting but not that useful. If we had had a proper meeting with our photographer in advance and gone through it step by step that might have helped, but that meeting didn't happen. A lot of the things/specific photos mentioned in the photography planner weren't done, which surprised me as I thought they'd come as standard since we were using the company which had written the planner. Because TKP has nationwide coverage, they didn't do a site visit in advance since our photographer wasn't local to us. This meant that our photographer hadn't familiarised himself with our venues or identified good/photogenic spots in advance. I don't know whether they did research in advance but I would recommend that you ask your photographer to do so if you use them. On the day I was in too much of a whirl to think about that kind of thing so I just went along with whatever, and I think some opportunities were missed because of this. I expected to have a pre-wedding day phone call with our photographer as standard but I had to ask for one - initially TKP were reluctant to facilitate this, although our photographer was more than happy to have a quick chat with us on the phone. A more planned-out, in-depth video call would have been better though. On the day, David was on time and got to know everyone straight away. He was a really lovely person - friendly, relaxed and personable, and he quickly developed a good rapport with us and our bridal party. He was very flexible and worked around us, making sure he didn't get in the way as we were getting ready. Our Church had quite strict rules about where the photographer could be positioned during the ceremony. He did his best to work around this and got some nice shots. He also set up some staged photos of things he wasn't able to photograph in real time (eg our first kiss). It would have been even better if he'd offered some direction on the day to make the photos as flattering as possible. I told him I was happy to be directed and offered to move around to help get good shots. David melted into the background which was good as it didn't disrupt the day, but I wouldn't have minded a couple of interruptions to help me pose at a more flattering angle! I can be quite self-conscious and in the end I didn't feel like I looked my best in quite a lot of our pictures. It would have been nice to have photos of every table at our reception - there were some of our guests who were there all day and aren't in any of the photos, including some close family. The photographer seemed to stay mostly in one area of the hall which meant there were lots of photos from a couple of tables but none of other tables. I do understand that it's a really difficult job to capture everyone in the chaos of a wedding, but I was sad not to have nice photos of all our guests. The personalised gallery app only included the photos we'd chosen as prints, so I don't really see the value added compared with the regular website. Every photo is available in colour and in black and white which is a nice touch, although some of the black and white ones are a little dark which makes it hard to see the detail. Overall, the experience on the day felt great and we really liked David as a person, but my primary reaction when our photos arrived was disappointment and sadness.

Ben did our photos for our wedding, and I can’t speak highly enough about him. He was absolutely lovely, and was just so easy to chat to and didn’t make you feel awkward at all or anything. I got my pictures back yesterday and we are SO happy with them, they’re absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing! Jason was so helpful when booking & during the run up to our wedding - answered any questions & sent us a lovely message the day before! Mick was AMAZING! Both myself & my husband are so awkward when having our photos taken but Mick make us feel so comfortable & he took on that we wanted very natural photos. My husband was dreading the thought of having solo photos with me & him, but he has a mustang which is literally his baby. Mick incorporated the mustang in with our couple photos & my husband absolutely loved this. We received our photos back (all 600 of them) and they are incredible! I could not recommend them enough.

Highly recommended these guys. Our photographer was absolutely fantastic and was such a lovely guy and really down to earth.

What can we say other then wow, I was very sceptical at first as we wasn’t able to meet Mike before the wedding day but I had no reason to be, he came and was lovely from the start, I’m not very confident person and therefore not very comfortable with people taking pictures of me but I didn’t feel that way at with Mike. He followed my plan throughout the day, added his own creativity into many moments too which look absolutely spectacular and since seeing the pictures we have had so many people comment on how amazing a photographer he is, how fantastic he worked on the day and how outstanding the pictures are. We honestly couldn’t be happier and it would be very hard to find someone nearly half as good. Thankyou so much to the Kensington photographer and also Mike our photographer, it was an absolute pleasure to have you be part of our day Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

My partner and I won a competition with TKP, the prize was £500 off of their platinum package. It was so worth it, even with the extra £500 I should have paid. Arnie was an excellent photographer, he captured our day beautifully from start to finish. He also got involved with some of the fun which was lovely to see. I felt very at ease with Arnie capturing my day, as he took lovely relaxed documentary style photos and I didn't feel I was posing for long. Jason has been amazing dealing with all my enquiries and being the first point of contact, he's so polite and a lovely guy. He put all my worries at ease and was a very pleasant person to do business with. We cannot wait to get our prints, USB and presentation box back. Absolutely amazing team very happy with the service that they provided even though we didn't have a clue our photographer was amazing his name was David and we wasn't sure what we wanted he was very happy to help and we let him chose what he thought was best and we wasn't disappointed with the end result! Very happy all day very polite and helpful and felt like he went above and beyond! Felt relaxed all day with David and very happy that we had his as our photographer for the day 😊! I was a little apprehensive about having photos taken as I hate being the centre of attention. However we all felt completely at ease once Martin arrived. He was great fun to have around. Absolutely fantastic service spent 10 hours on our wedding day with bride and groom and guests and took the most amazing photographs. Our photographer Emily was so lovely and put everyone at ease whilst taking all the photographs requested on our list and more. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone bride looking for a photographer they were absolutely fantastic and amazing and my photographs are fantastic.

Mick and Alex were an incredible team! I can’t believe Mick’s dedication to finding locations/positions for photos, I’d turn around and see him lying on the dusty ground to try and get a shot and then the next second he was literally sprinting off somewhere else 🤣 He was so enthusiastic and Alex was like a videography ninja - he seemed to be everywhere all the time but in such a discreet way! They were so enthusiastic and had some great ideas, which really shows in the final product. We received our photos and videos less than two weeks after our wedding which is just incredible, and the standard is unbelievable. We're not people that like having our photo taken, so that makes it even more amazing that they got a collection of so many wonderful photos. The editing on the videos is so good, they chose the perfect soundbite to have as a voiceover on the highlights video, and the shots they got of everyone dancing made me laugh out loud.
