We have used Booker flowers twice now and each time the service has been excellent. The flowers are beautifully arranged, very good quality and the service easy to use. So comforting to know that gifts can be sent to loved ones from far away, delivered on time and in excellent condition....plus the addition of the trademark ladybird.

I have used this company a few times to send flowers to family in Liverpool from overseas. Their website is easy to use, fast and efficient. Staff are friendly and helpful if I need to contact them personally, and their product is always top notch! They deliver when they say they will and I am delighted to continue to use this company.

I was able to order a fabulous bouquet at incredibly short notice, which in busy times like this week, is excellent service! I received a bouquet from a friend which was delivered to my home.It was beautiful- yellow and white theme, with lilies, roses, babys breath and others that I can't name!(they look a bit like peonies).They were beautifully presented and have lasted a long time.I have sent and received flowers from other shops and have been very disappointed with the flowers they sent.I was very impressed with this shop and would use them myself if sending someone flowers.

Very poor experience. Poor flowers after using multiple times, with only the offer of a £5 voucher or replacement a week later. I wouldn't mind, but it came with flaming £5 voucher in the first place! Will never use them again.
