Very happy with my gates Very well made and exceptionally heavy They have been used the extend the garage for my motorcycle to be secured safely Hence they are outward opening and hung on very heavy duty butt hinges with a digital lock 3 coats of sickens and they look a million dolllars

Shrewsbury double gate set arrived when estimated and with a helpful and polite delivery driver. Gates appear robust and very well built. I chose to apply a finish of my own choice, Cuprinol Ducksback. This has now been completed and the gates, with the Wortley furniture pack, look very smart. Expectations were exceeded on this order - would recommend others to consider Wortley for their own project.

We ordered the double Shrewsbury gates in scandanavian wood. The assistant on the online chat was very helpful when choosing the colour. Gates arrived earlier than expected and look great, good quality & colour. Very pleased.

Beautiful well made gates and worth every penny. We even visited the Nottingham site to check out how they were made and the quality of the wood. Informed all the way through the making and delivery process. Great customer service. Superb company.

Very impressed with the three gates I ordered, they arrived quicker than expected and the delivery chap was very helpful (and strong).

Always wary about ordering online but the online experience was great. I submitted measurements and placed my order. Got instant confirmation and a week later got confirmed delivery date. On day of delivery was notified with an accurate ETA which is normally unheard of! The driver was extremely helpful and didn’t even need my help offloading the gates and posts. Pleased to say gate and posts were the colour size I ordered and I got them installed last week and it looks great. I have seen some negative comments but honestly I cannot fault the process or more importantly the product so would highly recommend!

I bought a side gate and a pair of 6ft driveway gates in the Bedfordshire 'horizontal' design; they were delivered very early in the morning, as forecast! The gates are somewhat different to the illustrations on the website, having vertical and horizontal bracing rather than diagonals, which meant I had to rethink the fitting method for existing hinge mounts, and position of latches. The gates are well-made and heavy. I opted for the 'Sikkens' treatment but unsure to what extent it will prevent rot in the future. I am overpainting them with white anyway. Time will tell.

Order came on time and driver confirmed on the day. The gate is very sturdy and well made. the colour stain allows the grain of the wood to show though which is very attractive. Now awaiting installation.
