I have ordered 3 tall side gates from WB and have very impressed with the quality and workmanship. Alas I do not require anymore gates - but if I ever do - I know where to come. I have and always will recommend WB as the best make of bespoke gates. Well done - keep it up

Purchased a side gate from Wortley. Gate was very well made and delivered on the agreed date. An amendment to the dimensions of the gate made after the original order had been placed (but before any other action was taken re the order) was dealt with without any problem. Very pleased with the gate which looks good and solid.

Fantastic garden gate made, brilliant customer service. I had to call a few times to add to the order and change the specification slightly. I got through no problem to their staff who where very helpful. They gave me confidence that the changes would happen. Plus they were very professional and gave me clear advice on aspects like ground clearance and cutting down the posts to the right length.

The delivery arrived exactly at the promised time with good communication along the way. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the gates, and would look to use this company again if the need arose.

Excellent service from start to finish, easy ordering on the easy to follow web site. Plenty of choice of styles and finishes and all the ironmongery associated with the gates and all at a reasonable price. Kept informed by email as to the process and delivery dates and even got a time when the delivery would be made and the driver arrived right on time. Excellent looking gates and all very well finished, all fittings supplied but the lock mechanism was missing - one phone call and this was rectified and arrived by Royal Mail the next day. Excellent customer service and delivery.

Brilliant gates. Excellent quality

I shopped around extensively before buying these gates but was a little doubtful as they seemed very cheap for a made-to-measure product. I needn't have worried because they are amazing quality, very well built, strong thick wood, very knot free and with a well sanded chamfered finish. I'm very impressed and happy to recommend them.

The gates were perfectly made to measure. With a quality fit, feel and finish. Very impressed with the ironmongery kits as well. Would highly recommend Wortley - it’s definitely worth paying a little more for a great product.
