We received our gates on time as promised. We are so pleased with the quality and the communication from Wortley brothers. The craftsmanship is exceptional and we couldn't recommend this company more.

Product quality initially looked good. We had paid extra to have the gate coated / painted as the website clearly states that the gate is coated prior to assembly. However once the gate began to move / dry out it was apparent that the boards had not been coated as you can see unpainted wood at the joins. I raised this with customer service but I was fobbed off, suggesting I could just touch the paint up.

The quality is outstanding. Helpful customer service too when trying to find out best size, ironmongery and post types etc. The gate looks fantastic - we are just waiting on the pedestrian gate to go with it.

I was replacing an existing gate and needed to use existing hooks embedded in brick walls on either side, therefore measurements and placement of horizontal rails were critical. I exchanged several emails with Wortley prior to purchase and they always responded quickly with excellent advice. The gate arrived on date/time planned. It was mm perfect in terms of measurements and special requirements followed exactly. The gate is excellent quality. I am delighted with it.
