I recently reported that the lids on a couple of the breakfasts were unsealed on delivery. As soon as I got in touch, the company sent out not just replacements but some extra ones too. Excellent customer service.

I highly recommend these juices and soups—they're fantastic! Honestly, I was a bit hesitant about the soups at first, but they completely blew me away. Both the pea protein soup and the lentil protein soup were absolutely delicious. I couldn't even pick a favorite—they were both perfect in their own way. Having the two options throughout the day was such a treat and really made me feel so much better. What I really appreciated, though, was that the green juices and the celery juice I chose didn’t have any apple in them—just pure veggies! That made all the difference for me, and I loved how clean and fresh they tasted. The probiotic juice at the end of the day was the perfect touch, with just the right amount of fruit to round it out. The first day was tough, though. My brain kept trying to convince me to eat all the things I didn’t want to—like that tempting bacon sandwich! It’s so easy to listen to those cravings, but I pushed through, and the second day felt much easier. I’ve decided to try the juice and soup cleanse three days a week, and already, I’ve noticed a difference. My stomach, especially my upper belly, has slimmed down, and I’ve lost a lot of water retention in my thighs. After just three days, I feel like I’ve removed so many toxins from my body, and it’s incredible how much better I feel. I plan to make this a regular part of my routine and not see it as a chore. Missing items in the delivery so couldn’t do the 3 day cleanse properly. Didn’t reply to my emails. Definitely won’t be using again.

I’ll be honest, I was truly hoping to get something more out of this cleanse. I did it for 7 days, and despite sleeping that little bit better.. I did not feel any other benefit from this other than a little weight loss. (I’m 10 stone so weight loss was not my aim). Most of the juices tasted fresh and great, but the lean greens and the sweet greens, by day 3, I just couldn’t stomach their taste anymore. To the point where I’d rather eliminate them altogether, than continue to line my stomach with them. They were very unpleasant. I’ve done a variety of cleanses in the past, and the majority end with feelings of energy and vigour. I had no feelings of energy by day 7, I did not feel ‘cleansed,’.. I had lost a few pounds in weight (through not eating) and had a severe headache by day 3 which lasted till day 7. I persevered to get my monies worth, the result was not worth it. Such a shame as the process and packaging along with the juices themselves appeared to be of a professional standard. However, having done my own cleanses through juicing my own fruit and veg, the benefits of that far outweigh the results from this one. I would not recommend this to others.

My order arrived incomplete - 3 soups were missing. We had no communication from PRESS to inform us this would be the case. I am also aware that this has happened to a friend of mine. This is our last week of the 4 week challenge, and I will not be using PRESS again.

I was impressed with the speed of delivery after pacing an order and the juices and shakes are delicious.

I ordered a few multipack pieces, which arrived the following day! But there was a little mishap with my order, so I contacted the Press team and within an hour I had a response from Ami already offering me a solution and some extra treats. It was probably one of the best examples I’ve seen in recent times of great customer service. I care that I didn’t have to jump through hoops, it was easy to get in touch and straight to a person that understood. Not to mention so far the juices, and particularly soups, have been delicious! I like the juices but they seem to change flavour every time I order which is once every 2 months. I’m yet to decide if I like the new slightly more acidic flavour

Great product, prices and taste for the juices.

I’ve been using PRESS Juice Detox’s since I was at university, they’re amazing! The quality of these juices is unmatched! It’s also very convenient to have them delivered straight to my door. I always grab a ginger shot or juice at my local Soho House too. The juices last really well and there’s some great options for different dietary requirements/ health concerns etc. The sugar detox is a really good one!
