Shed EPDM kit arrived as described and quickly from time of order. Appears to be quality stuff and went on the roof pretty easily. Would have been nice to have some instructions in the box. As a first timer with this stuff I had to scout the internet to work out the best approach to do the job.

Membrane not even cut with a straight edge.. all wavy. Packaged folded which shouldn’t happen.. should be fully rolled up.. as consequence the folded creases caught on the glue and i had to discard sections of the product.. very frustrating and disappointing. Even more so after seller’s reply.. standard blurb.. not our fault blah blah

Bags of gravel are good. No rips and strong plastic. Delivery was good. Skilful driver manouvering on the drive with quite a big truck.

Great customer service provided by Tom! . Always quick to reply back to my emails and provided all the information on roof tiles we needed for home renovation. Also great price compared to other suppliers. Because of the services provided by Tom my builder actually started another project and ordered more roof tiles for that job as well.

Came across Southern Roofing when looking for stockists of Cladco metal sheeting on Google. Dropped into the depot in Boxley, and found the staff to be really helpful. They promised to email me over the prices, and I held out little hope as no one ever seems to do what they say these days. I was impressed to quickly receive an email with everything I requested regarding prices etc. After various communciations with Tom, we placed our order. The process was so straight forward and customer service EXCELLENT. I was then contacted by their depot who were arranging delivery by phone, voicemail and text. Again fantastic customer service from East Grinsted branch Then the delivery guy texted me to confirm the timings for next day drop off. I could not believe how much care had gone into my little 6 sheets! If only all the companies I deal with were this professional, polite and generally happy people! Thanks everyone at SRS, especially Tom. You all really delivered on all levels- keep up the good work :-)

Southern Roofing Supplies (and Tom in particular!) were great at taking my order, and then at the last minute - not only pulled my order when I called and then re-configured my order quantities, but still had it delivery in the same amount of time! Honestly Tom couldn't have been more helpful... such a gentleman 😉 will definitely use again for our next project.

Terrible, ordered roofing tiles online for an extension I'm doing. Delivery time 5 days. Rang after 8 days to see when I could expect them and they informed me they were out of Stock and they would get to me in another 10 days. A full refund was needed as unlike this company I have customer satisfaction to try maintain. Avoid.

Ordered 60 lengths of 3 meter raised profile seams. They sent them on a pallet coiled up (still in the boxes) and now they are wrinkled and deformed. As they are required for an urgent job I’m going to have to heat and try to straighten them. I’d expect better given the amount of money spent.

Initially had a problem with the website but used online chat to contact Dave who sorted the issue quickly and got me a better deal than the website. Great, friendly, efficient service.
