I researched this company before booking and on arrival in Malaga was impressed with the service received when picking up the car. Fast forward 2 days when we were pulled over by armed Spanish police. After being made to wait for several minutes we were advised that it was ILLEGAL for the car to be on the road. It had not had an ITV ( equivalent to MOT) test since September 2022 - something which should have been done on an annual basis. This experience was very stressful for my family. I was concerned that the car could potentially be unroadworthy and dangerous. By hiring the car to us, this company had put the lives of my family and other road users at risk. I contacted the company and they delivered a replacement car to us later that day but there was no apology or explanation at all. The next day I received a short email from Enriquez ( who says he is in charge of the whole company) apologising for the ‘ inconvenience’. I replied to say that I felt that it was much more than ‘ inconvenience’. He said that it was an oversight at the garage and despite several other emails between us since, he has still not answered any of my other questions or offered anything other than a curt apology. If you want to be sure to hire a car which is legal to be on the road, don’t use this company.

1st time user of company and have nothing but praise, vehicle was well presented, the baby seat and bolster seat we asked for were ready, handover and return were nice and easy, pick and airport drop off was excellent. Very good value.

CANCELLED ON ME WHEN I TURNED UP LEAVING ME AND MY BABY IN THE HEAT! Families especially stay clear to avoid being left stranded when they cancel on you as you arrive. All was going well, until we were told we could rebook the car to extend it when we collected it. Then told we couldn't so had to make 3x trips to the airport. My partner dropped me off to collect the other hire car and he went back to work in a cab. I was then accused of driving the car which I explained no my partner drop me off. Which he then point blank refused to give me the other car I had hired. Smiling smirking knowing me and my baby left with nothing. I now have 0 car stranded with a 8 month old baby. Old, man mid - over weight l'd say about 70 is who done this. And he smiled as I went back saying like please why? I have a baby I wasn't driving the car. Yet he laugh said well we aren't giving you a car. Horrible horrible nasty man. And a shame he has ruined it. You can be as good of a company as you like but to send a returning customer, a mum and their 8 month old baby away when I was waiting there for collecting it terrible. Absolutely outrageous. Disgusting. He then said the car was left poorly, completely untrue, I took everything out of the car and all rubbish was put into a bag, STAY CLEAR families, individuals but especially those with families as they'll leave you helpless and do it with a smile on their face!!!!

I have been using this company for many many years but I can honestly say I would never return. We hired a car for two weeks in March. The car was filthy both inside and out. You couldn’t even put anything on the back seat. The car had very little fuel in it. The break fluid warning light was on. I pointed all of the above out to the gentleman and he wasn't interested at all ie I’ve got your money so that is what your taking. I wrote an email on my return as I was told that the owner would write back straight away. Interestingly enough I’ve heard nothing. After 15 years of using this company I will not return.

Excellent service, no hidden charges. Easy pick-up and drop off with efficient minibus from/to airport. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We had contact by email they said deposit ok with debit card or cash when we arrived there with my kid and wife they refused to give us the car my wife have a serious decease i told why you said yes the guy was very irrespectfull, we had to walk back in the airport with our luggages and we found a very nice agency at the end of the rental cars floor that gave us a new car Dont give your money to these guys

First time using Allin car hire after reading the reviews. Can't praise them enough. After arriving at Malaga Airport I rang the number to confirm and their minibus was waiting to pick us up. Their depot is just a five min ride away. The collection was made even quicker by me sending my details to them prior to the arrival date. Extra driver included. CDW all included and "NO" awkward sales pitch to try and sell you insurance upgrades and add-ons. Just brilliant. I will definitely use the company again. Rates... service... everything...brilliant!!

This is one smooth operating car hire company. Make a reservation. Phone at the airport for direction. Being picked up quickly. Very fast and smooth when getting the car. Return same thing. All organized. Very nice car as well. I was impressed!

Wij hadden 7 maanden tevoren een Seat Arona (of vergelijkbaar) besproken. Op 28/9/2023 werden we opgehaald bij de luchthaven en naar een wat schimmige locatie gebracht. Daar stond een Dacia Sandero voor ons klaar, niet bepaald een vergelijkbare auto! (Nieuwprijs Seat Arona 2022 € 29000.- tegen Dacia Sandero 2022 € 15000.- , dat is bijna de helft! Qua afmetingen zijn ze ongeveer gelijkwaardig, qua ergonomie niet! Er was geen praten aan, men hield vol dat dit een gelijkwaardige auto was. Accepteren of terug naar de lucht haven. Wij hadden een 3 weekse rondreis gepland en zijn dus onder protest akkoord gegaan. De instap en de zit van de Dacia is niet optimaal, maar verder heeft de kwaliteit, wegligging en de uitrusting van de auto ons blij verrast. De technische staat was op enkele punten niet goed en gevaarlijk! Dashboard gaf aan: Bandenspanning niet goed, dus bij 1e mogelijkheid spanning gecontroleerd en gecorrigeerd naar de druk die op de sticker in het deurkozijn zat: 2,4 voor en 2,3 achter. Ze stonden rondom op ca. 1.6 !! Gevaarlijk en milieu onvriendelijk. Het lampje -bandenspanning niet goed- bleef branden ondanks herhaald resetten. Vermoedelijk dus een defecte sensor in een van de wielen. Het hele interieur van de auto was behandeld met een chemisch ruikend glim/glans/glij product, je schoenen gleden makkelijk van de pedalen. Gevaarlijk. Bovendien had dat product een hardnekkige laag op de binnenzijde van de ruit gevormd wat bij wat lagere zonnestand resulteerde in een vrijwel ondoorzichtige voorruit! We hebben de ruit diverse malen intensief gereinigd met ontvetters totdat we ook in de zon een heldere ruit overhielden. Bas Meijneke

All in all, a good experience for our group of three golfers. Paid €170 including CDW etc for seven days, for a Fiat Doblo with manual gearbox. This also included all three of us as named drivers. Airport pick up & drop off went very smoothly. Would have given a five star rating, I've only given four because the vehicle was a bit shabby; a few scratches & small dents, plus the windscreen wiper on the driver's side didn't clear the screen adequately.

I rented a car with this company, everything was supposed to be payed. Yet when i showed up to pick up my car i was told there was a deposit I need to pay at the pickup aswell, so I did. Even though I already payed for the deposit, after leaving the supposed deposit was an extra cost/insurance I never wanted. The insurance costed more than the rental itself, and after all of this I dont get my money back and they dont respond on any emails.

A completely painless interaction with a car hire company that did exactly what it says on the tin… No hard sell or stress at pick up and return when one is tired and under time pressure Only issue was lights in car interior didn’t seem to work but nothing major. Use again? 100%

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unfreundlich und Angaben die per Email im voraus getätigt wurden, waren vor Ort nicht mehr möglich und mir wurde das Auto einfach nicht ausgegeben. Super unfreundliche Art, fast schon respektlos

After a terrible experience with Clickrent car hire in Málaga last year, we were recommended this Company. I am pleased to say All-In car hire was everything a good rental company should be. The pick up and return to the airport was efficient. There is no huge deposit to pay as guarantee ( that disreputable companies can deduct from without authorization), and full insurance is included at a reasonable rate. Staff are friendly and helpful and above all All-In car hire is honest and fair. The car we were given was a bit beaten up and the front passenger seat was stained, otherwise I would have given 5*.

Danger: These are scammers, nothing is all in if there is damage, they don't get any help, on the contrary, an employee becomes rude and starts playing around with the penis and they are insulted. Don't rent a car from these scammers, don't even show consideration for your wife and child.

EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH, BRAND NEW HIRE CAR Citreon C4 All included as it says all in clusive car hire petrol was full to full EXCELLENT helpful pick up in minibus to airport return with luggage assistance. All staff spoke good English. I personally will not go any where else to hire cars, in Malaga theirs alot if Hire Car Scams & this company its the only one that includes everything.

Literally seamless. Can’t fault them. Everything was as described. Paid €180 for 7 days hire with full insurance, which is a fraction of the cost of doing this with any other car hire place. Arrived at Malaga airport and called them as instructed, they collected us at the shuttle bus station, took us to their base which was a 5 minute drive away, they took payment and gave us a nice little car with a full tank and off we went. We returned the car a week later with a full tank around 2:30am. No issues at all, they did a quick check and took us to the airport. Really surprised in the best way possible. 100% will use them again if we return to Malaga. It’s a shame they’re not international 😂 hopefully they’ll expand some day 🤷🏼‍♀️. Er glimrende firma, denne gang får i kun 4 stjerner da jeg i mail og ved afhentning af bil spurgte specifikt efter en bil til at køre i bjergene (lanjaron, competa, canillas) men det viste sig desværre den ikke kunne. Men deres service er tip top så måtte en køre tur tilbage efter en ombytter også var jeg godt kørende igen uden problemer. De var hurtige og behjælpelig så resten af ferien kunne klares. Kan varmt anbefale dem. Jeg vælger altid fuld forsikring da jeg har debit kort og man ellers af spansk lov skal ligge depositum hvis man ikke vælger det.
