The quality of the printing is stunning. I have gotten items for my business printed here and more recently stunning wedding invitations. Once, there was an issue with the file I provided and they called me straight away to resolve to ensure it got delivered on time. Would not use another printer, highly recommend and trust this company.

Very disappointed. I ordered 3 spine bound books last Wednesday (24th Jan) and paid for postage so as the product would arrive today (29th Jan). The artwork was downloaded early Thursday morning (25th Jan). I went on to the Live Chat this morning just to check on progress and make sure I would have the product today (I require the books for an important meeting on Wednesday). I spoke to Jalal who explained: I am really sorry but the order has been delayed unfortunately. The order would have been produced at our external production facility so I do need to contact them about this issue. However as soon as I have a response, I will email back at the registered email address on the account. I pressed Jalal for more information but he told me he will email me back when he has spoken to the production facility. I have yet to hear from Jalal (2 hours later). A few things to be aware of: - I am concerned that no one notified me that there was a delay, I would not have known about the error had I not come on to the live chat. - The Dublin address for the printers is not a production facility. - Jalal informed me that the " Our system being fully automated and 1000+ jobs running through it means that it is not possible to find a single order among them all and arrange for a collection" I would probably choose to go with a local printer I can walk in to and have a chat with the people working there next time I am getting work printed.

This was the second time I’ve used Digital Printing Ireland, and again I’ve been floored by the combination of quality, speed, and inexpensive pricing. I got some cards printed and they were perfect, I also really appreciated being sent a prepress artwork mockup to check that the cards had the correct layout.

A first class finished product preceded by excellent communication.

What a great company: the company provided splendid service, was attentive to details, gladly held up production whilst I addressed a few excellent queries from their end, and then delivered in time for Christmas. I couldn’t have wanted anything more and I shall use them again and again.

As a complete novice I found the people at Digital Printing very helpful. They got back to me quickly with errors (and guided me through) so that they could get my story printed and sent out by the agreed date. Very professional yet a very personal service. Will definitely use them again
