Wonderful Villa. You have a beautiful view around the area. Perfect Villa. Everything you need is there. We forgot one think to take bake home. I contacted the owner but I didn‘t get a feedback. But nevertheless five stars!

We rented a house and a car through Chania Rentals for our family stay in Crete. In our mail conversation prior through the trip, Chania Rentals answered all our questions fast and on topic. When arriving in Crete, everything worked excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this company!

Excellent stay at Nektarios Villa! Everything went well! Although we landed in Chania very late the friendly guy from the car rental picked us up at the airport and half an hour later we arrived in Maleme. Our Landlord was waiting for us and gave us a friendly introduction to the wonderful house. The villa was well equipped, neat and clean. The view from the garden and the balconies was breathtaking!! We had a wonderful stay and all the time Mr. Nektarios was very helpful - also giving us precious information what to do and where to go. We can recomment this place 100 %!!! Would like to come back ASAP!!! *****... five stars because there are no ****** six stars!!!

Über Chania-Rentals haben wir im Herbst 2017 eine Villa nahe Chania gebucht. Die Korrespondenz wurde in englischer Sprache abgewickelt. Sämtliche Anfragen wurden binnen kurzer Frist beantwortet (meist unter 24 Stunden). Die Anzahlung und Schlusszahlung (war Tage vor Urlaubsantritt zu leisten) wurden umgehend mit Eingangsbestätigung per Mail quittiert. Wir haben dann ebenfalls den Mietwagen über das Portal gebucht und auch darüber bezahlt. Letztlich haben wir das Fahrzeug dann von Time Car bekommen. Der Preis von 350 Euro die Woche für einen Fiat Kleinbus mit 9 Sitzen (F1 Gruppe) war vergleichsweise gut. Wir haben dann noch die zusätzlichen 9 Euro pro Tag für eine Vollversicherung bezahlt. Somit wurde auch kein Betrag von der Kreditkarte geblockt. Alle benötigten Kindersitze und Erhöhungen sind kostenlos dabei gewesen. Auch zusätzliche Fahrer waren kostenfrei. Wir waren mit der Anmietung von Villa und Fahrzeug über Chania-Rentals komplett zufrieden. Der Mitarbeiter von TimeCar wartete zur Fahrzeugübergabe bereits im Airport von Chania und auch zur Hausübergabe war der Hausherr vor Ort. Es wurde auch eine bebilderte Anfahrtsskizze gemailt. Unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für Chania Rentals. We booked a villa with chania rentals for the autumn of 2017 near Chania. The correspondence was arranged in English. All inquiries were answered within a short time (usually under 24 hours). The deposit and final payment (to be paid before the start of the holiday) were immediately confirmed by e-mail. We also booked the car hire with chania rentals and paid for it. We finally got the car from TimeCar. The price of 350 euros a week for a Fiat minibus with 9 seats (F1 group) was comparatively good. We also paid the additional 9 euros per day for a full insurance. So no amount was blocked on our credit card. All necessary child seats have been free of charge. Additional drivers were free as well. We were completely satisfied with chania rentals concerning the rental of the villa and the car. The TimeCar employee was already waiting at the airport of Chania and the house owner was already awaiting us at the house. Before our trip he had mailed us how to get to the house using illustration. Finally we can recommend Chania Rentals.

Our villa was amazing and our host went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Maleme is quiet with some nice restaurants. Well worth visiting the other beaches in West Crete too

An excellent villa, our second visit to it. Absolutely everything you could wish for and it's in the most beautiful countryside. Super company to deal with and excellent car hire to. Would definitely use Chania Rentals again.

The house is absolutely perfect with a lot of charm and confort. We spend a great week there, enjoying the nice pool, wonderful garden, terrace, barbecue etc... And the owner Artemios Vlachakis was very welcoming, with nice little presents and even bringing a cake during the week and offering two bottles of her own olive oil. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

A lovely villa set in a quiet location just outside Meleme. The pool is great and the facilities everything you would expect. The owners Lefteris and Alexandra are most welcoming and can't do enough to make your stay the best it can be. We have no reservations to recommend this villa, the photos do the villa justice.
