Phoned the company as they are local to me and they had not got the wallpaper I required in store. I ordered online and my items arrived prior to estimated delivery date. Tracking information and communication was excellent. My products were well packaged so that no damage would occur in transit. Thank you.

I placed an order for some wallpaper on 10th August with a decorator booked in to put it up on 18th August. I knew I'd left it a bit late so left a note in the comments explaining the situation and asking Decor Supplies to let me know if there were going to be any issues. I needn't have worried, as the wallpaper was delivered today (12th August!). Really impressed that they were able to turn the order around so quickly, with good communication throughout so that I knew when to expect the order and had peace of mind that it would be delivered in time.
