This man is a liar and is aggressive when challenged about the wet soaked mouldy and moss ridden wood he sells as seasoned and compliant with current regulations.Offered to collect and refund but unsurprisingly he hasn’t been in contact again. I placed an order for a log delivery in December and it gave me an estimated delivery date of 30th December. By mid January I still hadn't heard from them so I emailed them which was ignored. I tried to call and left a message and went on the website and filled in a contact. They then emailed back saying all orders would be filled by the end of the month. So now it's February and I've emailed again asking for a refund. I get a call and they said the delivery is due in March. I disagreed and tried to explain what had happened so far but was interrupted and told to shut up as I was annoying him as he wanted to speak. So I kept quiet whilst he explained that they had a new ordering system which had caused the same problem for a lot of people and that I had selected delay order and that March was in big letters on the order (it certainly doesn't appear anywhere in my email order confirmation!). He has agreed to refund me but the customer service has been absolutely appalling.
