Claire was very understanding and compassionate from the get go. She handled everything I needed and kept in touch frquently with updates. She personally, tenderly and carefully attended to my Grand Aunts preparations for travel, and made her presentable for family viewing. We were in a situation that seemed insurmountable, but Homeland International handled everything for us. We contacted Claire Disbray at Homeland with a complicated request. Could our family member a non-UK resident (Iranian) who died in a second country (Austria) be transported to the UK for burial - and could this been done ASAP for a Muslim burial. Other providers simply said “No”, some didn’t even respond but Claire got back to us quickly and having researched the problem, she came up with a solution. Less than a week later and to the surprise of others in the trade, we had the funeral in the UK.
