I ordered from this company at the beginning of lockdown and I had a long wait. When I 'tracked' my order, I discovered that there had been damage and the order had been returned. When I e mailed the firm, I could not have received better service. My order was made up and dispatched immediately. I was kept fully informed. The size of the hand sanitiser had been changed and I was given the larger size without extra charge. I was also given a sincere written apology and a 'gift' of some product as a further apology. First rate treatment! Also, the honey and salted caramel vodka was well worth the wait and absolutely delicious, as was the small bottle of mint chocolate liqueur. KEEPR's product and management team are highly recommended.
